well, it's official. gracie has finally "lost" another tooth. actually she "lost" it with the help of our favorite dentist. that whole wiggling, twisting, pushing, and pulling is a lot of work. why break a sweat, when ms karla can get that sucker out in no time! so....

that's right! check... it... out! after "losing" it yesterday, gracie asked if her big-girl tooth would be in before school this morning. sadly, i explained, it would not. i asked if she was going to start working on the other one, to which she replied, "no! then i'll be like jordan, and i won't be able to say sausage. i'll say thausage." i like thausage... it's cute. plus, it makes jordy even cuter than she is, which is hard to imagine.
and with each lost tooth, i am realizing she's really growing and changing. yes, i know it's going to happen, but i don't have to like it!
